The old site is no longer available. We have changed to a new web site in order to enhance your online experience. We carefully built the new Web site to provide you with the best pet stories, articles, updates, information and interactivity.
We feel it is very important to provide the best experience for the Rincon Vista customer – especially in light of the fact that we promote ourselves as a vet “who cares about what matters to you…”. As a result, we evaluated what we could provide for our consumer that made the most difference.
The new web site provides greater functionality, safety of transactions, better information and represent who Rincon Vista is.
Simply go to the “product” drop down menu on our Web site and a products or prescriptions page will show up. Then enter the appropriate information. Your transaction is safe and secure. Please note that in order to get a prescription we need to have you listed as a “current customer”. Please feel free to call us to find out if you qualify to order prescriptions online!
The donation pages are completely safe and secure, protected by SSL certificates and encryption. We make sure we have the latest security available. In addition, the purchases you make are routed through a hosting company, which is of the safest you can find.
We have a contact us form on the site listed under contact us. Fill in your question or comments and we will get back to you as soon as possible – sometimes, due to the volume or season it may take more than a day. If you would like a more rapid reply you can always call us at: 520-298-3319

7. I can’t find…
We have a customized search function that allows you to find whatever you are seeking. Just use the search in the upper right hand corner – or click on Search and a search box will appear. You’ll also notice a site map that allows you to get to where you want to go with little effort.
8. Are the products part of Rincon Vista Veterinary Center?
We partner with some of the best brands in pet health and nutrition. Then we select the products we’d recommend to you and your family pet. While we cannot say we promise they are the best or will work for every pet, we do feel the companies and products represented are good.
9. I noticed a web email newsletter I can receive. Will this just be another way for you to try and sell me stuff?
We always try to alert our customer community of the best deals heading our way, but feel it is important to provide the most helpful and practical pet care content available. As a result, while you may see from time to time a select offer for specials or coupons that you can use at Rincon Vista, you’ll mostly get alerts, reminders and actual FREE articles you can use to create the best pet experience for you and your family.
